-Although my position was just as and associate, i was a multi-purpose employee. During my 2 years there I worked in every department in the store at least once, serving a large number of fuctions. These functions included, running register, bagging groceries, and providing customer service.

-Although I have a general title, I can do anything short of managing the store. My main occupation is as educated labor. Since I am studying Horticulture, most of the plant questions come to me whether it is a houseplant or some outdoor plant. Because of this I have developed excellent customer service skills.

-My work duties varied a lot. I spent most of the time picking vegetable in the fields. At times I also assisted in transplanting, pick and cleaning perennials, and mulching the farm market flower beds. I got this job through an aqquaintnece of a friend. I really enjoyed getting out of the garden center that I normally worked at a couple days a week, and to get down in the dirt.

Plant Sale Volunteer
-My junior and senior year I volunteered to work at serveral plant sales for our school's horticulture department. This department was soley funded from the sale of the plants it grew.

Westerville FFA Chapter Treasurer
-I held this position for 2 years. My work involved doing the accounting for the FFA chapter as well as doing the majority of the accounting for the Westerville South High School Horticulture Department. This allowed the teachers to spend more time with their class work.
